Jiuda Salt Refining Company was founded in Tianjin with a factory in Tanggu,kicking off the development of modern chemical industry in Tianjin and laying a solid foundation for the rise of China’s national soda industry.
Yongli Soda Plant was officially established. The team led by Fan Xudong achieved successful soda-making experiments,breaking foreign technical monopolies and filling the domestic technological gap in soda ash production.
The core brand "Red Triangle" ,establishing the century-old brand foundation of the enterprise.
Huanghai Chemical Industry Research Society was founded in Tanggu. As one of China’s earliest professional chemical research institutions,it promoted independent R&D and innovation in modern chemical technologies.
"Red Triangle" soda ash won the Gold Medal at the Philadelphia World Exposition. Meanwhile,the plant developed China’s first baking soda,setting multiple industry firsts.
The self-developed Hou Debang Soda-making Process was successfully tested. It greatly improved production efficiency and reduced raw material consumption,becoming a world-class advanced soda manufacturing technology.
Yongli Soda Plant and Jiuda Salt Refining Plant were merged into a joint public-private enterprise,marking a new era of large-scale and standardized development for the company.
"Red Triangle" soda ash was awarded the National High-Quality Product Gold Medal. The self-developed "Neptune" agricultural ammonium chloride was officially put into production,forming two core competitive product lines.
The company successfully passed ISO9001 and UKAS international quality system certifications,realizing standardized quality management in line with international standards.
"Neptune" agricultural ammonium chloride was named China Top Brand. The company launched the relocation and upgrading project in Tianjin Lingang Industrial Zone,starting the transformation toward modern green chemical production.
